1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all horse- assisted activities (“Services”) provided by Terra Indigo. By booking or attending any session, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Terra Indigo involves guided interactions with horses for therapeutic, educational, or personal development purposes. These Services are complementary and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment provided by licensed professionals.

3. Participation Requirements

Participants must complete a registration and health form before attending any session. All relevant medical, psychological, and physical conditions must be disclosed. Participants under 18 years of age require written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Terra Indigo reserves the right to refuse or interrupt participation if safety risks are present for the participant, staff, or horses.

4. Safety and Conduct Rules

Participants must follow all instructions given by Valeria and the Terra Indigo team. Appropriate clothing is mandatory: long pants, closed-toe shoes, and a helmet when required. Smoking, alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited. No mobile phones on premises during sessions. Photos may be taken by Valeria only for documentation purposes and will not be used publicly without consent. No photography or video is allowed on the premises by participant. No photography or video from Terra Indigo sessions can be posted / published on digital / social media or print media. Any inappropriate, aggressive, or dangerous behavior toward horses, staff, or other participants may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that working with horses carries inherent risks. By participating, they voluntarily assume these risks and release Terra Indigo, its owners, staff, and volunteers from liability except in cases of negligence or legal breach.

6. Session Fees

Individual Session: 2 Hours – €250
Shared Session: 2 Hours – 2 People: €360 / Parent + Child: €280 Adult Group Session: 2 Hours – €120 Per Person
Package of 4 Individual Sessions: 2 hours – €850
Weekly Somatic Riding: 3 Hours – €300 Per Month
Kids Camp: 3.5 Hours - €95 Per Child

7. Payments & Refunds

• A 50% deposit is required upon booking any session to secure your place. Deposits may be made via bank transfer or Bizum.
• For individual, shared session or family private sessions, the remaining balance will be settled by cash or bank transfer as agreed prior to booking.

• For the package of 4 sessions full payment is required upfront and may be made via bank transfer, Bizum or other transaction depending on prior arrangement.
• Weekly Somatic riders participate in a monthly riding programme, with sessions paid in advance each month, regardless of attendance. • For kids camps or adult group sessions, full payment is required to secure your space, regardless of attendance.

8. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Cancellations or date changes made with less than 72 hours notice are non- refundable, except in cases of force majeure such as severe weather or unforeseen events beyond our control.
• Cancellations or changes made with more than 72 hours notice may be rescheduled to a new date.

• For the package of 4-sessions, sessions are intended to be used once per week. Missed sessions may not be carried over, except under force majeure circumstances at the discretion of Terra Indigo.
• Weekly riders must provide 1 month’s notice to cancel their monthly riding programme.

• In force majeure situations, Terra Indigo may issue a refund at its discretion.
• By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to Terra Indigo’s Terms and Conditions.
• Late arrivals will not be able to extend sessions, please plan on arriving on time, all session start promptly as the schedule states.
• No parking allowed outside of the Terra Indigo premises, please respect the neighbors by not parking or blocking their driveways, especially for pick ups or drop offs etc.

9. Insurance and Liability

Participants are encouraged to carry personal accident and health insurance. Terra Indigo holds public liability insurance as required by law.

10. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and relevant local laws. Data is stored securely and will not be shared without consent, except when required by law or in emergencies. Participants may exercise their data rights by contacting info@terra- indigo.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Terra Indigo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the sessions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability personal injury or death caused by negligence.

12. Modifications

Terra Indigo may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available at the center and on the website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable local laws in the region where the Services are provided. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Kid’s Camp Information

• Water is provided during all sessions.
• Kids Camps include snacks; however, parents are kindly asked to provide a packed lunch.
